POSITION SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic firmware
engineering team delivering leading edge networking products. In this
position, you will provide leadership to a team of engineers for DSP firmware
development for telecommunication products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project leadership,
team management experience.
- Modem physical
layer system architecture design experience.
- DSP algorithms
and software design and development for communication products.
- Digital communications
system architecture experience.
- Working knowledge
of C, C++, MATLAB, and assembly languages.
- Knowledge of
all aspects of the DSP software development process.
- Track record
of on-time delivery of products.
- System and hardware
integration experience.
- Minimum of 8
years industry experience.
- Two or more years
of managerial experience
- Excellent communication
skills and a strong desire to work in a startup environment
