POSITION SUMMARY:
This
individual will develop test programs on VLSI testers for Digital Products.
This individual will work closely with Design, Applications, Customer
Support, Manufacturing, and Marketing to ensure that the digital parts
are successfully qualified and released to overseas production sites.
Candidate should desire to work in a start-up environment and enjoy providing
creative solutions to complex testing problems.
- Responsible for
first silicon debug/test program development/characterization/production
program development for digital products.
- Characterize the
performance, ac, dc specs for the digital parts and publish characterization
report.
- Convert the scan
simulation patterns to the tester format and verify them on the tester.
- Obtain 100% tester-system
correlation.
- Transfer the test
programs with the scan tests (Wafer Sort and Final Test) to overseas
sites for Volume Testing.
- Fault grade functional
vectors using an ATPG tool.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have 5-10
years experience using a logic tester with strong knowledge in device
physics, computer architecture, logic design and testing methodology.
- Should have good
knowledge in Design for Test Methodology.
- Hands-on experience
with Design for Test using a DFT tool is preferable.
- Unix/C/Perl knowledge
is essential.
- Mixed Signal
Testing a plus.
- Should have good
problem solving/communication/computer/people skills.
- Should possess
strong leadership skills.
Experience and
Educational Requirements:
- 10+ years of industry
experience.
- Minimum 5-10
years as a Test Engineer.
- Minimum BSCS or
BSEE.
- MSCS or MSEE
preferred.
