Staff Mixed-Signal Test Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual will work on ATE test development for state-of-the-art mixed signal ICs. This individual will work closely with Design, Applications, Customer Support, Manufacturing and Marketing to ensure that the mixed signal ICs are successfully qualified and released to overseas production sites. Candidate should desire to work in a start-up environment and enjoy providing creative solutions to complex test problems.

Job Responsibility Summary:

• Will be responsible for first silicon debug and test program development for mixed signal devices.
  
• Will be responsible for thorough characterization and performance evaluation of mixed signal devices.
  
• Work with designers to obtain 100% tester-bench-system correlation.
  
• Transfer the test programs overseas sites for volume testing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Should have experience on using a mixed signal tester for 5 - 10 years with strong knowledge in Circuit fundamentals, Digital Signal Processing and ATE test techniques.
  
• Knowledge of Teradyne Catalyst testers a plus.
• Unix/C knowledge is essential.
  
• Should have good Problem Solving/Communication/Computer/People skills which would help interfacing with several internal groups and sub-contractors.
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years as a Test Engineer.
  
• Minimum BSCS or BSEE
• MSCS or MSEE preferred.
