POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate for
this position will interact with Customers on any Quality issues / concerns
that may arise. Regularly scheduled meetings will be required to ensure
resolution is taking place. This individual will also work and interface
with various groups within Centillium to achieve resolution and enhance
product Quality.
Objectives for this
position will include:
- Interact with
Customer on resolving manufacturing and board issues
- Establish weekly
communication with the customers
- Help drive customer
problem resolution within internal Centillium organizations
- Understand and
reduce DPM levels at customer sites
- Monitor and drive
RMA activity
- Perform Customer
specification reviews and negotiate requirements with Customer
- Represent quality
during sales and pre-sales activities
- Track, analyze
and report on Quality indices
- Provide customers
with prompt notification of changes through the Process Change Notification
procedure and drive acceptance
- Assist Customer
visits with necessary presentations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years in Customer
Quality role
- 3-5 years of
Quality background and related work
- Candidate must
actively foster a partnered approach in problem solving.
- Written, Verbal
and Presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work
within and to lead cross-functional teams
- Light Travel may
be involved.
- 5-7 years of
Semiconductor experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BSEE or equivalent
is required
- MSEE is preferred
