POSITION SUMMARY:

This lucky candidate has an opportunity to work with an outstanding Human Resources team and a company who has the hottest technology on the block. We are looking for a team member who will roll up his/her sleeves and handle the day-to-day HR activities in compensation, employee relations, coaching & counseling, organizational development, benefits, training, and other areas as needed. A strong customer focus is the key.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years experience in a HR business partner role as well as demonstrated strong HR generalist functional skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement a variety of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
  • Must be flexible and easy to work with.
  • Integrity and trust are a must.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in Business or other related area of study.
