HR activities in compensation, employee relations, coaching & counseling,
organizational development, benefits, training, and other areas as needed.

- 7+ years experience
in a HR business partner role as well as demonstrated strong HR generalist
ability to successfully implement a variety of HR programs and initiatives.
- Excellent written
and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work
independently, as well as collaboratively.
- Must be flexible
and easy to work with.
- Integrity and
trust are a must.
- BS/BA in Business
or other related area of study.
