The Entropia™ III, our flagship product, is an advanced
Voice-over-IP (VoIP) System-on-Chip (SoC) processor for voice
and media gateways, wireless infrastructure  gateways, Class
4 and 5 switches, Digital Loop Carriers (DLC), voice enabled
IP routers, and IP private branch exchange (PBX) systems.
Entropia™ III also offers complete AAL1, AAL2, and IP support.
Over 18M VoIP ports have been deployed; solidifying Entropia™

A "Gateway-on-a-Chip", Entropia™ III integrates
six powerful SigmaPlus DSPs (28 GMACs of processing power)
plus one GOP of network processing power in a tightly coupled
architecture tuned specifically for voice processing. Our
full-featured product provides over 1000 PCM channels in
a single chip. All needed interfaces for TDM, Ethernet
and/or ATM connectivity are integrated - providing a minimal
parts count solution for maximum board reliability. Entropia™
III provides all this functionality with minimal power overhead
- boasting the best power dissipation numbers in the industry
at 3mW per PCM channel.
Deep compression Codec support and advanced wireless functionality
for both WCDMA and CDMA-2000 systems are made easy with the

Superior voice quality is achieved as each voice Codec used
is tested for
bit-exactness. Entropia™ III's echo cancellation technology
is tail-independent - which means all channel densities are
guaranteed at the full 128 mS tail length. Entropia™ III's
echo cancellation technology is state-of-the-art, and has
passed AT&T's
Subjective and Objective testing for quality as measured
against two reference carrier grade echo cancellers.
